KTAC currently offers 16 Executive Programmes across Executive Diploma, Executive Bachelor/Degree and Executive Master levels.

The registration fee is RM350 for all levels. Monthly and total fees depend on the level selected.

• Executive Diploma: registration RM350, monthly RM390, total RM3,900.
• Executive Bachelor/Degree: registration RM350, monthly RM595, total RM5,950.
• Executive Master: registration RM350, monthly RM795, total RM7,950.

Yes. Monthly payment is available for all KTAC Executive Programmes. A full-payment discount may be available; ask an adviser for the current amount.

KTAC does not use website checkout or a payment gateway. Payment is made by manual online bank transfer after an adviser confirms the programme, amount and official KTAC payment instructions. KTAC then verifies your proof or transfer reference.

The confirmed extra items are registration fee and convocation fee. Ask for the latest full fee schedule before paying.

No. KTAC Executive Programmes are not MQA/KPT academic programmes. The MQA route is through KTAC's partner, Kolej Teknologi Antarabangsa Cybernetics, and usually takes around 2-3 years.

KTAC Executive Programmes are career and executive training programmes. They are HRD Corp claimable, subject to employer eligibility and HRD Corp approval. For government posts, regulated professions or further study, acceptance depends on the relevant department, employer or institution.

Classes start according to the selected intake and programme schedule. KTAC will confirm your class schedule after registration.

Yes. Classes are online, part-time and held on Sundays through Zoom or Google Meet. There are no physical classes for the current Executive Programme format.

Some classes have recordings. Availability can vary, so confirm the recording arrangement with your adviser or during briefing.

All current KTAC Executive Diploma, Bachelor/Degree and Master programmes are structured for 10 months.

Entry requirements are shown on each programme page and depend on the level. Working adults are encouraged to apply for an eligibility check, including applicants whose academic documents are incomplete.

No. PTPTN is not available for KTAC Executive Programmes.

KWSP Account 3 may be used. The process should be checked with an adviser because the withdrawal and payment steps depend on the student's situation.

Yes. All current KTAC Executive Programmes are HRD Corp claimable, subject to employer eligibility, levy balance, HRD Corp approval and current programme terms.

Yes. Convocation is available, usually at UPM Serdang. It is optional but encouraged, and a convocation fee applies.

The certificate is issued by KTAC Education.

Yes. Alumni can request support for documents such as certificate replacement, transcripts, support letters or related documents.
